4. Booking and Payment

Booking: You may reserve trailers via our website or by contacting our customer service. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Payment: Payment for trailer rentals is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All charges are subject to applicable taxes.

You may cancel or modify your reservation subject to the following terms:

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee.
Modifications: Modifications to bookings may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the condition of the trailer during the rental period. You agree to return the trailer in the same condition it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted. You may be charged for damages, excessive dirt, or any other issues discovered upon return.
Insurance: It is recommended that you have insurance coverage for the trailer during the rental period. You may purchase additional coverage through us, if available, at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability: Westside Rental is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during the rental period. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our Services.
