RESERVATIONS

• What's required to rent the trailer ?

It’s simple! All that you’ll need is a valid driver’s license, up-to-date auto insurance on your towing vehicle, 300$ fully refundable security deposit, credit card for the payment and sign our rental agreement. Just 5 easy steps to getting your trailer rental on the road!

• What if I have to cancel or reschedule my reservation ?

No penalty if you reschedule your reservation.
Once reserved, there will be no refund issued for early return, schedule changes resulting in a shortened rental period or
unused days.
In the event of cancellation, 50% of the total rental cost will not be refunded

• Does West Side Rental offer one-way rental ?

Not at this time

• Does West Side Rental offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is an option. We charge 1.70$ per kilometer from our Calgary location.

• What happens if I return the trailer late?

If a rental is returned late, your rental will be subject to additional charges and late fees. Please check your rental contract for more information. If we are notified before the end of the rental, we can add additional days for no penalty at the standard daily rate specified on your contract.

DRIVING & USAGE

• What mileage is included in my rental ?

UNLIMITED, yes all rentals come with unlimited mileage! We’re here to make your trip simple, not more complicated.

• Can I take the trailer outside of Alberta?

Yes! All of our trailers can be taken anywhere within the Canada & USA.

• How old do I need to be to rent a trailer?

You must be at least 22 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent our trailers.

• What do I do if I get a flat tire ?

All of our units have a spare tire that you can temporarily use to get to the closest tire shop or repair facility .If you do not repair the flat tire before returning the rental, you will be responsible for a tire repair or replacement.

• What hitch ball size do I need ?

Our trailers use 2” & 2-5/16” hitch ball. We also provide these with your rental for NO additional charge.

• Can anyone other than myself operate the trailer ?

Only customers listed on the rental contract may operate the rental unit. To add and additional authorized driver to the rental please call and add them.
