Return Policy for Westside Rental

At Westside Rental, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable trailer rental experience. This policy outlines our terms for rental returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Returns
We do not accept product returns, as we do not sell physical goods. This policy applies specifically to rented trailers. All rentals must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time, in clean and undamaged condition.
2. Rental Terms
We offer flexible rental options based on your needs:
Daily Rentals: 24 hours
Weekly Rentals: 7 consecutive days
Monthly Rentals: 30 consecutive days
Your trailer must be returned on or before the agreed-upon end time based on the rental term you selected. Late returns are subject to additional charges.
3. Return Time & Location
All trailers must be returned to the original pickup location unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Trailers must be returned by the agreed return date and time as stated in your rental agreement.
Late returns may be subject to additional fees charged on a daily basis.
4. Condition of Returned Trailers
Trailers must be returned clean, empty, and undamaged.
Dump trailers must be fully emptied.
Any damage or excessive dirt may result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs.
A team member will inspect the trailer upon return to confirm its condition.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Early returns are not eligible for partial refunds unless pre-approved in writing.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. After-Hours Returns
After-hours returns are allowed only with prior arrangement. The renter remains responsible for the trailer until it is inspected during the next business day.
7. Early Returns
Trailers returned before the end of the rental period are not eligible for partial refunds unless otherwise stated.
However, please notify us in advance if returning early so we can schedule a proper return inspection.
